1. Promotion Period

Valid for new enrolments confirmed between 1 March 2026 and 30 April 2026.

2. What “4 Weeks Free” Means

The offer is based on the child’s regular permanent booking schedule.

Example:
If a child is enrolled for 3 days per week, the equivalent of 3 days per week for 4 weeks (12 booked days) will be credited.

The promotion applies to the out-of-pocket gap fee only, after Child Care Subsidy (if applicable) has been applied.

3. Enrolment Requirements

To qualify, families must:

• Enrol in a permanent booking of at least 2 days per week
• Commence care during the promotion period
• Remain enrolled for a minimum of 8 consecutive weeks (Minimum Term)

Fees must be paid in full as invoiced during the first 8 weeks.

4. Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Eligibility Requirement

To be eligible for this promotion:

• The child must be eligible for and actively receiving Child Care Subsidy (CCS) through Services Australia.
• The family must have a minimum CCS entitlement of 65%.
• The family must be entitled to at least the CCS Government backed 3-day guarantee (72 hours per fortnight). Bookings may be changed after the 8 week promotional period if the family chooses to do so.
• Where families book more than 72 hours per fortnight, sufficient approved activity test hours must be available to cover those sessions.

If CCS is suspended, cancelled, reduced below 65%, or does not apply to the booked sessions for any reason, the promotion will not apply.

Full fees will be reported to CCS in accordance with Family Assistance Law.

5. Application of the Promotional Credit

The promotional credit will be applied in Week 8 of continuous enrolment.

The credit will reflect the equivalent of 4 weeks of the child’s regular gap fees and will be applied directly to the family account.

The promotion is not paid as cash and cannot be refunded.

6. Account Requirements

At the time the credit is applied, the family account must:

• Be active
• Be up to date
• Not be in arrears

If the account is in arrears, the credit may be withheld.

7. Exclusions

• Not available to families receiving Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS).
• Not available to families who do not receive CCS.
• Not available to families who have been enrolled at the participating service within the previous 3 months.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or special offer (including Refer a Friend). Only one promotion may apply per family account.
• Available only for new family enrolments at Raceview and Heritage Park services.

8. Early Cancellation

If enrolment is cancelled before completing the 8-week Minimum Term, the promotional credit will not be applied.

9. Kindergarten Subsidy

Application of the promotional credit may affect the calculation of Kindergarten Subsidy during the discount period.

10. Availability

This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at management’s discretion.

Withdrawal of the promotion will not affect families who have already met all eligibility requirements and commenced care within the promotional period.
