We are exploring a premium evening care option for families in Heritage Park and the wider Logan area who need safe, reliable support beyond standard childcare hours.
Why We’re Exploring Twilight Care
At Children’s Choice Early Education Centre, Heritage Park, we understand that many families do not work a traditional schedule. For shift workers, health workers, retail staff, and parents with changing rosters, standard childcare hours do not always meet real needs.
Twilight Care is being considered as a structured evening service designed to help children remain settled and supported while giving families more flexibility at the end of the day.
The Twilight Difference
Dinner Included
A nutritious hot meal served at approximately 6:30 PM, helping reduce the pressure of late-night meal preparation and takeaway on busy evenings.
Pyjama-Ready Routine
Children can be supported into pyjamas and guided into calm, low-energy activities such as reading, quiet play, and music to support a smoother bedtime transition.
Calm Evening Environment
This is not simply staying open later. Twilight Care is intended to be a dedicated evening program with a softer, more settled pace appropriate for the time of day.
Safe, Supervised Care
Children remain in a trusted early learning environment with active, awake supervision and a strong focus on wellbeing, comfort, and continuity of care.

Cost and CCS Information
Based on the proposed Twilight Care model, many families may access this evening session with a reduced out-of-pocket cost depending on their individual Child Care Subsidy entitlements.
- Estimated gap fee for many families: $15 – $40
- This would be a standalone evening session
- It would not affect your daytime fee structure
Final fees, session inclusions, and eligibility will be confirmed if the program proceeds.

We Review Demand
We assess family interest, preferred usage patterns, and operational feasibility before making a final decision.
We Update Families
If the pilot proceeds, interested families will receive further details regarding timelines, enrolment steps, and confirmed pricing.
