Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

Eligible families can receive the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to help with childcare costs. Before attending our centre, families must apply for CCS through the Family Assistance Office (via phone, online, or in writing). The Family Assistance Office will calculate your CCS percentage and allocate eligible hours.

Each family and child are assigned a unique reference number, and you will need the date of birth of the claiming parent and child. You will be notified of your CCS percentage through your MyGov account/app, and you must confirm the CCS for it to be applied to your fees.

Families Not Receiving a CCS Reduction

If you plan to pay full childcare fees upfront and claim a fee reduction later as a lump sum, you will still need to apply for a Customer Reference Number (CRN). This number is required to officially record your child's attendance and is necessary to claim cash rebates.

Child Collection

Only authorised people may pick up children from our childcare centre. You must have previously authorised them in writing to do so, or you must telephone on the day and give sufficient details that can be verified. Please make staff aware of any new custody/access details that may occur. Attendance sheets must be signed when you drop off and pick up your child.

Hours of Care

We offer flexible care options with 12, 10, 9, and 6-hour days to suit your schedule. Choose the hours that best meet your needs, all within our centre's operational hours, giving you the convenience and flexibility you deserve. By offering these flexible options, you will save hundreds of dollars each fortnight.
